Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding for international contractors with a focus on compliance and superior client service.

You will work within an asynchronous, remote global team, supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions. The role emphasizes automation, policy guidance, and driving process improvements as part of our Lifecycle group.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, and guidance on employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and provide practical recommendations.
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles and discipline approaches.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support offboarding with legal compliance and customer service excellence.
• Guide clients through workplace concerns and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle team to improve processes and automation.
• Be the SME for offboarding matters and respond to queries from clients and internal teams.
• Navigate Employee Relations resources and policies for clients.
