Pigment is hiring a Global Employee Onboarding, Program Manager to drive repeatable execution of the industry-leading new hire onboarding standard. You’ll partner with the People team to ensure logistics support and scalable program delivery across EMEA and NAMER cohorts.

You’ll own the run-of-show, coordinate facilitators and vendors, and continuously improve the onboarding experience using data-driven insights and AI competency assessments.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or adjacent operational role.
• Strong program operator with attention to scheduling dependencies, facilitators, and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end POP delivery: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show, logistics, and post-session measurement.
• Coordinate EMEA and NAMER cohorts in parallel, managing shared anchor sessions and regional constraints.
• Manage facilitator roster and vendor relationships (benefits facilitators, swag/Sendoso) and resolve open content items.
• Maintain and evolve the multi-day curriculum while supporting facilitator guides and content pillars across formats.
• Own measurement: satisfaction, engagement, and AI competency assessment; drive continuous improvement.
• Orchestrate local hub socials to extend onboarding for remote hires; ensure durable operating documentation.
