Remote is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist for Employee Relations and Transitions (EMEA). This remote role anchors end-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on legal compliance and a superior client experience.

You will provide first-level Employee Relations support and collaborate across Lifecycle to improve processes. You will work in a fast-paced, asynchronous international team, leveraging automation and AI capabilities to enhance customer journeys and case

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues and advise clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and service quality.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure proper offboarding and documentation.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within Lifecycle processes.
• Navigate clients through Remote's Employee Relations resources and guides.
