In a largely asynchronous, international setting, you will translate complex payroll needs into reliable configurations, ensuring compliance with local rules and data confidentiality. Qualifications

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation and local requirements.
• Hands-on technical setup and implementation of global payroll solutions.
• Strong end-to-end payroll and HR process understanding.
• Experience with accounting reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Excellent data management with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for customers during payroll implementation.
• Analyze customer payroll requirements and recommend implementation approaches.
• Own end-to-end implementation from setup to go-live and handover.
• Collect, validate, and organize payroll information for each legal entity.
• Configure global payroll systems based on local rules.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs and perform reconciliations.
• Verify configurations meet statutory requirements prior to go-live.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and training on payroll processes and country-specific rules.
