Mistral is seeking an International Mobility Lead in Paris to own and develop our mobility program for cross-border moves. You will be a key contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience with business needs and compliance requirements.

You will coordinate transfers, advise on options, and manage relationships with internal teams and external providers. The role requires strong experience in global mobility, knowledge of immigration, tax and social security, and a pragmatic,

• Strong experience in international/global mobility within an international HR environment.
• Knowledge of immigration, tax, social security and cross-border employment and benefits.
• Ability to partner with HR teams, managers and employees.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset for complex situations.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple mobility cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end.
• Advise HR teams, managers and employees on mobility options and requirements.
• Manage and improve mobility policies and processes.
• Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers.
• Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the mobility journey.
• Manage mobility partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor mobility activity and provide reporting and insights.
