Mistral AI is seeking an International Mobility Lead in Paris to own and develop our cross-border mobility strategy. You will support employees and the business on transfers, and ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and social security requirements, while coordinating payroll topics with internal teams and external providers.

You will collaborate with HR partners across regions to optimize mobility policies and deliver a smooth employee experience, managing vendors and delivering insights
