Vialto is seeking a Global Account Officer to join its rapidly growing team in Paris, supporting the delivery of tax, social security, and immigration services. The ideal candidate will have extensive global mobility experience, strong client-relationship skills, and a proven track record managing cross-border engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in global mobility or related field.
• Experience managing global accounts within corporate or professional services.
• Experience in global mobility (tax, social security) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and coordinate guidance to support their global mobility needs.
• Coordinate requests between clients and Vialto offices to ensure timely delivery.
• Review consulting deliverables for consistency, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
• Monitor client KPIs and service standards; support remediation where required.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to support governance and performance monitoring.
• Participate in client meetings and account reviews; support country coverage.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the coordination team and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and resolve issues and escalations arising from complex cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service delivery.
• Monitor and coordinate network invoices and billing.
