Mistral, a leader in full-stack AI solutions, seeks a Labour Legal Counsel to harmonize labour practices across its global footprint. You will provide French labour law expertise and partner with HR and local counsels to ensure compliant, consistent policies.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of multinational experience, a Master’s in French Labour Law, strong analytical skills, and an international mindset to handle cross-border employment issues in France, the US and UK.

Formación

• Law degree with focus on French labour law.
• 4–6 years of relevant multinational experience.
• Ability to advise on cross-border employment issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, hands-on legal advice on individual and collective employee relationships with HR.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, ensuring alignment with French requirements and global policies.
• Advise on collective representation matters, including CSE and employee bodies.
• Collaborate with HR and local counsels to balance local rules with operational efficiency.
