Forvia Interiors is seeking a Global Enterprise Architecture Manager to define and govern the company-wide IT architecture from its Nanterre HQ. This role drives alignment between business strategy and IT landscape, covering applications, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure.

You will lead architecture governance, support major transformation programs and partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure and data teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, application, data, integration, cloud or infrastructure architecture within a complex international organization.
• Demonstrated experience defining target and reference architectures, leading architecture reviews and advising major transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain and govern the global target enterprise architecture and its evolution roadmap.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns and reference architectures across applications, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure.
• Maintain a transparent view of the current and target IT landscape and lifecycle status.
• Chair or facilitate architecture governance and design reviews for major IT initiatives; document decisions.
• Ensure alignment of projects with approved target and reference architectures across design and delivery.
• Advise stakeholders on solution architecture, platform choices, data flows and infrastructure patterns.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Applications, Infrastructure, Data and Digital teams to ensure coherent end-to-end architectures.
• Lead the Enterprise Architecture team and build a global architecture community.
