Job summary

Forvia is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the R&D Center in Bavans within a large international matrix. You will collaborate with managers to develop people capabilities, attract and retain engineering talent, and deploy global HR processes locally.

You will lead talent reviews, drive global Talent Management, and coordinate learning initiatives while ensuring compliance with French labor law and HR governance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as HR Business Partner or generalist in an international matrix organization.
• Experience supporting engineering, R&D, industrial populations is highly desirable.
• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on employee relations, organizational changes, performance management, and career development.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract engineering and technical talent.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes.
• Drive deployment of global Talent Management processes locally.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate global/local training initiatives.
• Promote engagement, diversity, inclusion and retention initiatives.
• Support annual HR processes including performance reviews and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR KPIs and provide insights to business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with French labor law and HR governance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and change management.
