Forvia Interiors is looking for a HR Process & Tool Specialist to be based in its Nanterre Headquarters site.

ROLE PURPOSE

The HR Process & Tool Specialist supports harmonization, optimization and adoption of HR processes and tools, ensuring clear documentation, reliable HR data and effective user support.

KEY MISSIONS

• Map, document and maintain HR processes and operating procedures.
• Support deployment, adoption and improvement of HR tools and workflows.
• Provide functional support to HR users and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor HR data quality and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop user guides, training materials, FAQs and communication supports.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards and process KPIs.
• Contribute to HR transformation projects and tool enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, change requests and release impacts for HR systems.
• Ensure HR processes respect internal controls, data privacy and governance.
• Animate HR key users and share best practices.

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HRIS, HR process improvement, project coordination or HR transformation in an international environment.

EDUCATION

Master’s degree or equivalent level in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related field.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of HR processes and HRIS / digital tools.
• Strong process documentation and data-quality mindset.
• User-oriented approach and clear communication.
• Good project coordination and change-management skills.
