Job summary

NIIT is seeking a capable Learning Operations Coordinator in France to manage day-to-day learning operations, session planning, LMS administration, and coordination between learners, instructors, and business stakeholders.

You will translate business demand into actionable training plans, oversee budgets and vendor costs, support virtual classrooms, and maintain training records, reports and dashboards, communicating fluently in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning operations and LMS systems.

• Experience with budget planning and vendor management.
• Strong communication with multilingual stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day learning operations including session planning and LMS administration.
• Coordinate session scheduling, trainer allocation, and room bookings.
• Analyse training needs and support the annual Training Plan (PDC).
• Monitor budgets, funding opportunities, and vendor costs.
• Provide operational support for virtual classrooms and helpdesk.
• Prepare training reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in French and English with stakeholders.
