74Software is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Leadership & Talent Development to join our global Talent & Development Centre of Excellence. You will lead leadership development initiatives, own global talent processes, and partner with business and HR leaders to strengthen organizational capability.

You will navigate complex environments and drive sustainable, UX-focused talent programmes across regions, with M&A exposure as a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR domains.
• Strong programme and project management skills, ideally in a multi-region or global environment.
• Experience with M&A and complex organisational change is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end global talent processes, with exposure to assessment tools.
• Experience managing and onboarding external vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Employee-centric focus on the UX of talent processes.
• Facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.
• Drive global talent processes, including calibration and high-potential identification, aligned to performance and succession planning.
• Implement and optimise talent processes within Workday for consistency and operational excellence.
• Use assessments and data analytics to generate insights shaping talent decisions and leadership pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to embed and elevate the leadership & talent strategy.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to support program delivery.
