Betclic is seeking a senior leader to shape the Group Talent & Capability strategy and drive AI-enabled learning across the organization. You will design and implement a Leadership Framework, develop leadership journeys for managers and executives, and lead succession planning to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

• Experience leading Talent Management or Learning in international environments.
• Ability to design talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Comfort partnering with senior executives on leadership and transformation topics.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills.
• Strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
• Data-driven approach; translate insights into actions.
• Passion for leadership development, succession planning and capability building.
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on learning and skills development.
• Ability to build scalable governance and talent practices.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy Group Talent & Capability strategy aligned with priorities.
• Build talent frameworks anticipating workforce evolution and AI transformation.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on strategic workforce planning.
• Design and implement Leadership Framework and leadership philosophy.
• Create leadership development journeys for managers, leaders and executives.
• Lead Talent Review processes, succession planning and leadership pipeline.
• Increase visibility of internal talent and strengthen career development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Design innovative learning experiences blending digital learning, coaching and communities.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to enhance learning accessibility and impact.
• Define KPIs and use people analytics to measure effectiveness.
• Continuously improve talent initiatives based on outcomes and feedback.
• Lead and develop Talent Development & Learning Center of Excellence.
• Establish governance, methodologies and Group standards while supporting local adaptation.
• Collaborate with People to deliver integrated HR solutions across the Group.
