CMA CGM Inland Services in Marseille is offering a Training & Knowledge Management Intern role within the Global Business Process Excellence / Systems team. You will help create engaging training materials and knowledge content for CCIS systems and processes.

You will collaborate with business teams and international stakeholders to capture operational knowledge, translate content, organize documentation, and support digital adoption across the CCIS network.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in change management communication, learning and development, knowledge management, business administration, digital transformation, information systems, marketing or a related field.
• Languages: strong written/speak English skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the creation of training materials for CCIS operational systems, including user guides, quick-reference guides, FAQs and presentations.
