CMA CGM Marseille is seeking a motivated MBA/masters student for a six-month internship in Learning & Development. You will support capability development initiatives, design global learning journeys, and maintain curricula in DOCEBO.

The role offers exposure to a diverse, international team across regional offices, agencies and GBS. You will collaborate with HR and transformation teams to elevate customer care excellence, build relationships, and deliver impactful learning solutions aligned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an advanced university degree.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Ownership mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Support Learning & Capability Development initiatives across regions and agencies.
• Contribute to global learning journeys aligning with business transformations.
• Create and maintain curricula in the Learning Management System (DOCEBO).
• Develop capability-building initiatives related to Customer Experience, Leadership, and Digital Transformation.
• Produce dashboards and reports to track training performance and adoption.
