Dedale Intelligence, headquartered in Paris, invites you to an IT Support Technician internship. You will be the day-to-day contact for all teams, providing secure, reliable work environments, both on-site and remotely, with hands-on experience in IT and cybersecurity under close mentoring.

You will learn through direct exposure to Entra ID, Defender, Intune, and a modern tech stack, with budget and process improvements across licenses, hardware, and vendors. A permanent role may follow.

Qualifications

This internship targets final-year students seeking end-of-studies experience.
A first IT support internship or project is a plus; motivation welcome.
Comfort with Windows and macOS troubleshooting; basic M365 admin is a plus.
Exposure to MDM/endpoint tools and a willingness to learn is valued.
Methodical, service-oriented, with clear documentation habit.
Fluent English; working French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

User support: handle requests via ticketing system, diagnose issues both on-site and remotely.
On-site Paris support: workstations, laptops, peripherals, network connectivity.
Onboarding/offboarding: configure equipment, create accounts, hand out devices.
Account management: manage Microsoft 365/Entra ID, access rights, groups.
Fleet management: maintain inventory, plan renewals, anticipate obsolescence.
Device compliance: deploy and track through Intune across fleet.
Process improvement: document IT procedures to drive efficiency.
Learn and contribute to security stack (SOC 2, ISO 27001) during internship.
