Job summary

Eramet Group in Paris is seeking a Group HRIS Specialist – Core HR, Learning & Development on a fixed-term 18-month contract. The role harmonizes practices and drives adoption of the Group HRIS across sites with varying maturity.

You will ensure data integrity across Core HR, Training Orchestra and Edusign, manage access and interfaces, and contribute to LMS specifications and future deployments. Fluency in English and a Bac+5, plus 3–5 years in HRIS, are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, HR, or IT.
• 3–5 years in technical-functional administration of HRIS and/or HRIS projects in an international context.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR; proficiency with Training Orchestra and Edusign; LMS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and change management skills.
• Fluent in English; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize HRIS practices across sites and ensure data integrity.
• Administer Core HR, Training Orchestra and Edusign across the group scope.
• Manage access, roles, permissions, and groups per internal rules.
• Collaborate with HRIS IT on interfaces and vendor updates; test and validate requirements.
• Act as data steward with regular controls and data-cleaning campaigns.
