Eramet in Paris seeks a Group HRIS Specialist – Core HR, Learning & Development to harmonize HRIS practices across sites. You will ensure data integrity and manage Core HR, Training Orchestra and Edusign modules, while coordinating interfaces and documentation.

With 3–5 years of HRIS experience in international settings, you’ll lead data cleaning, support LMS initiatives, and collaborate with IT and external partners on incidents and future LMS developments.

Formación

• Master's degree in management, HR, or IT.
• 3 to 5 years in HRIS administration or HRIS project management in an international context.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR; knowledge of Training Orchestra and Edusign; LMS experience is a plus.
• Strong technical-functional analysis and data analysis skills.
• Project management, communication and change management skills.
• Organizational, proactive and service-oriented mindset; fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize HR practices and drive HRIS adoption across sites with varying maturity.
• Ensure data integrity across Core HR, Training Orchestra and Edusign and related interfaces.
• Administer Core HR scope, manage access, roles, and groups, and monitor vendor releases.
• Maintain documentation; collaborate with HRIS IT on interfaces and business requirements.
• Act as data steward; lead data cleaning campaigns and ensure data quality.
• Support MYR, user adoption, and change management; develop training materials.
• Provide Level 2 support and coordinate with external partners for incidents.
• Contribute to the future LMS strategy and tender processes (2027).
