CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group HR Controlling and People Analytics Manager to govern HR data, build consolidated analytics, and ensure accurate HR cost controlling across SBUs. You’ll partner with Global/Regional HR, HRIS, Finance, and Data teams to align metrics, reporting, and compliance while guiding Controlling Teams for consistent data consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, HR, Data Science, or related field.
• >10 years of experience in HR controlling, HR analytics, or similar data-focused HR role within an international organization.
• Strong experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Adaptive Planning) and reporting tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of financial principles, HR processes, and global workforce planning.
• Experience in a complex environment (M&A).
• Stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting with Finance and regional HR teams.
• Track headcount, staff costs and variances; optimize where possible.
• Monitor headcount, FTE development and labor cost per FTE at Group level.
• Collaborate with SBU HR teams to ensure consistency in budget submissions and reporting.
• Drive evolutions in the Workforce Planning system (Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Develop HR data analytics frameworks and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations and timelines.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc HR reports to support workforce planning and talent management.
• Coordinate HR data governance and collaborate with HRIS teams to improve processes.
