CMA CGM Group in Marseille, France, is seeking a Group HR Partner Senior Specialist to shape and execute the people and organization strategy supporting the Group’s technology agenda. You will translate the Group HR Strategy into clear priorities for the IT organization, as part of the broader Transformation group alongside AI, ZEBOX, CMA Consulting and Innovation.

Qualifications

HRBP experience in global, matrix organizations with credibility to influence senior leaders
Strong expertise in organization design, transformation and change management
Competencies in workforce and skills planning, talent management and leadership development
Understanding of IT, digital, AI, cybersecurity talent dynamics and data-driven approaches

Responsabilités

Act as trusted HR advisor to Global IT leadership translating priorities into a people agenda
Challenge leaders on organization design, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness
Anticipate people implications of IT transformations and operating model changes
Lead HR support for IT transformation, governance, structures and ways of working
Drive talent strategy for IT including succession and leadership development
Leverage people data to measure impact and feed back to Group HR
