CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global PMO HR Controlling Senior Expert to structure and deliver HR transformation programs, strengthening workforce data, cost visibility, and management reporting. You will translate HR/Finance needs into roadmaps, dashboards, and governance, coordinating across HRIS, Finance, and external partners.

You will lead dashboard development using Qlik, Excel, and Power BI, drive HR analytics, and support labor cost monitoring, budgeting, and data quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, Business Administration, data analytics or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional HR/Finance projects.
• Strong project management discipline and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR Controlling Transformation projects, delivering roadmaps, dashboards, and governance.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Qlik, Excel, Power BI; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate labor cost initiatives across HR, Finance, and Data teams; ensure data quality and governance.
