CMA CGM Group in France is seeking a Group Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to strengthen our HRIS infrastructure and processes across the organisation. You will analyze, configure, and optimise systems to support efficient HR operations and strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with HR and IT, ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations, and provide guidance and training on system functionalities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with HR information systems in a corporate or global environment.
• Strong analytical skills to translate HR needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of HR information systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to define requirements, improve processes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, enabling reliable reporting and analytics.
• Provide guidance and training to HR staff and stakeholders on system functionalities.
• Evaluate emerging HRIS technologies and propose value-adding enhancements.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the HRIS community.
