Job summary

Laboratoires VIVACY is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its international subsidiaries and partner with business leaders across multiple countries. The role focuses on implementing the Group HR strategy with local adaptation and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Vivacy Group CHRO and local leadership to foster consistent people practices, drive performance, and support a high-performing, engaged workforce globally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned international subsidiaries.
• Partner with Chief Commercial Officer and General Managers on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Support leaders in driving performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for international entities; support managers through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters and performance management; support disciplinary processes with local legal advisors when needed.
• Ensure consistent application of Vivacy Group HR policies while respecting local labor regulations.
• Identify development needs and support learning and development initiatives; participate in talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
• Participate in international HR projects and change management initiatives; support organizational transformations and cultural alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
