Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the Southwest Europe region (France and Iberia). The role partners with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, drive organizational performance, and enable transformation across a complex, multicultural, matrix organization.

You will lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design, while ensuring DEI and compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• Significant HRBP experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business challenges into HR priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent programs aligned with business needs.
• Support organizational design, change management, and DEI initiatives across the region.
