Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead, Human Data Operations - Post Training based in France. You will lead a team producing and evaluating high-quality human data for AI systems, owning quality, delivery, and continuous improvement while coaching AI Tutors and collaborating with Data Managers and Engineering.

The role emphasizes setting high accuracy standards, scalable data strategies, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style in a fast-moving environment. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation, quality.
• Data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows understood.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, reviewing work for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors with regular reviews and development plans.
• Participate directly in labeling, annotation, and review activities to maintain quality standards.
• Establish rigorous guideline adherence, taxonomy management, and QA processes.
• Monitor team performance via KPIs such as quality scores and throughput.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Create and deliver training materials, exercises, and certification tasks.
• Manage certification processes and workforce adjustments.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, other Team Leads, and Engineering to translate requirements into data strategies.
• Develop team capabilities while maintaining accountability and a high-performance culture.
• Document outcomes, communicate risks and results to stakeholders.
• Represent needs of AI Tutors and collaborate across Human Data organization.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
