Job summary

Jus Mundi is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to build and own the growth engine across global markets. You will drive customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and pipeline generation with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Design, and Marketing Ops to scale campaigns, improve funnel metrics, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Growth Marketing and Demand Gen in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to build scalable growth engines and drive qualified pipeline.
• Experience across paid, organic, website, and email channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the Jus Mundi website as a business channel, defining strategy, CRO, and analytics.
• Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Manage Google Ads/Display and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for growth.
• Own SEO and AEO strategy and produce content briefs with Marketing.
• Own organic social media, especially LinkedIn, to drive lead acquisition.
