Jus Mundi, a Paris-based legaltech, is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead and scale our global Marketing organization. You will shape the strategy, align with Revenue, and drive a data-driven pipeline across US, Europe and Asia.

The role demands strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and deep B2B SaaS growth expertise. You will evolve marketing into a revenue-generating function and partner with RevOps to connect campaigns to revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record transforming a B2B SaaS marketing function into a pipeline-generating engine.
• Deep expertise in funnel design, attribution, CAC tracking and channel performance.
• Strong command of paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, lifecycle/CRM marketing and ABM.
• Experience with enterprise and mid-market GTM motions and long, complex sales cycles.
• Ability to define ICP and segmentation frameworks and translate products into ROI-driven messaging.

Responsabilités

• Define and operationalize ICP and segmentation strategy across regions and verticals.
• Design and optimize lead management and conversion systems (nurturing, scoring, handoff, lifecycle).
• Turn brand, content and product marketing into core demand drivers and conversions.
• Establish end-to-end funnel visibility and accountability from traffic to revenue.
• Build a cross-functional revenue operating model with Sales and RevOps and shared KPIs.
• Assess, upgrade and grow the team with specialized, high-performance roles.
