Treatwell is seeking a Head of Marketing & GTM to supercharge growth across Europe for B2B and B2C. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a core team of 10+ marketers and drive data-informed growth across 14 countries.

You will own global channel expansion and end-to-end GTM execution, coordinating with Product, regional leads, and Sales Enablement to deliver high-impact campaigns. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Marketing experience in the Tech sector (mandatory).
• Marketplace background is a strong plus.
• English fluency is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the marketing team’s KPIs and drive data-informed decisions to maximize top-line growth and ROI.
• Lead growth channels and GTM execution across markets and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and regional Market leads to align growth strategies.
• Oversee cross-channel orchestration to ensure narrative consistency and business impact.
