Treatwell in Paris seeks a high-velocity Marketing Lead to drive B2B growth across multiple SaaS products and 14 markets. You will combine strategic alignment with hands-on execution, leading a team of marketers and collaborating with CRM, Product, and local market leads to convert salons into partners.

You bring 8+ years in tech marketing, SaaS familiarity, data-driven delivery, and a player/coach mindset to accelerate acquisition, upsell, and revenue growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Marketing experience in the Tech sector (mandatory).
• Exposure to SaaS ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Able to manage high complexity across multiple markets and products.

Responsabilités

• Multi‑SaaS marketing strategy across 14 countries with efficient GTM for feature releases.
• Lead Gen: drive B2B acquisition funnels beyond performance marketing channels.
• Orchestrate upsell strategies with CRM and Product teams to maximize salon lifetime value.
• Establish Treatwell as the trusted partner for salons worldwide.
• Lead a small team of marketers and align with central and local market leads.
