Treatwell in Paris is seeking a high-velocity Marketing Lead to turbocharge our B2B growth across 14 markets, reporting to Head of Marketing. You will blend strategic alignment with hands-on execution to manage multiple SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert) and lead a small team of marketers across central and local teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience in tech (SaaS preferred).
• Operational orchestrator across multiple products and international markets.
• Data-driven with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-SaaS marketing strategy and GTM for feature releases across 14 countries.
• Drive B2B lead generation and signup conversions alongside Performance Marketing and Sales.
• Partner with CRM and Product to orchestrate upsell strategies maximizing salon lifetime value.
• Lead a marketing team and align with central and local market leads.
• Build trusted partnership with salons globally.
