Treatwell seeks a Head of Marketing & GTM to drive B2B and B2C growth across Europe. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead a team of 10+ marketers and own go-to-market strategy across 14 countries.

You will manage cross-functional alignment with Product and regional leads, scale growth channels, and ensure high-impact local campaigns. English fluency is essential; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in the tech sector (mandatory).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery.
• Data-driven with ability to challenge status quo through data-backed decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across international orgs.
• English fluency required; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the marketing team's KPIs and drive data-informed decisions to maximize growth and ROI.
• Test and scale new growth channels from referrals to partnerships.
• Own and ensure delivery of key channels and projects (e.g., B2B Ambassadors, Sales enablement).
• Cross-channel orchestration to ensure narrative consistency and business impact.
• Guarantee flawless GTM launches, major commercial projects, and local campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and regional Market leads.
