Bausch + Lomb seeks a senior global marketing leader to drive strategic and operational marketing for the glaucoma franchise, spanning upstream portfolio strategy and downstream launch excellence. The role aims to expand into new international markets, build market-entry roadmaps, coordinate regulatory and reimbursement efforts, and lead a cross-functional brand team.

Ideal candidates hold a scientific or clinical degree (MBA a plus) with strong ophthalmic device marketing and experience

Qualificações

• Scientific or clinical degree required; MBA or other advanced degree an advantage.
• Significant commercial and marketing experience in the ophthalmic medical device field, glaucoma or ophthalmic surgical experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of launching products into new international markets, including market-entry planning, regulatory and reimbursement coordination, and distributor management.
• Experience with procedure-based or capital medical devices, including surgeon training and adoption programs, is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead upstream and downstream marketing in a global, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success in KOL management and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business-case development and forecasting.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority.
• High energy, adaptability and resilience, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global strategic and operational marketing of Bausch + Lomb's surgical Glaucoma franchise, spanning upstream and downstream activities.
• Drive geographic expansion into new international markets, building and owning the market-entry roadmap.
• Coordinate regulatory and reimbursement coordination and distributor management for new markets.
• Lead a cross-functional global brand team and partner with external stakeholders including distributors, KOLs, professional societies and manufacturers.
