Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Global Head of Marketing for its glaucoma franchise to own upstream portfolio strategy and downstream launches across international markets. The role leads a cross-functional team and partners with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Commercial teams to drive adoption.

Responsibilities include building market-entry roadmaps, coordinating regulatory and reimbursement activities, and managing distributor relationships and KOL programs to sustain growth and market

Qualifications

• Scientific or clinical degree required; MBA or other advanced degree an advantage.
• Significant commercial and marketing experience in ophthalmic devices, glaucoma or ophthalmic surgery preferred.
• Proven track record of launching products into new international markets with market-entry planning and distributor management.
• Experience with capital medical devices, surgeon training and adoption programs an asset.
• Ability to lead upstream and downstream marketing in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration and KOL management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic and operational marketing of the glaucoma franchise from portfolio strategy to lifecycle planning.
• Drive geographic expansion, build market-entry roadmaps and shape regulatory and reimbursement conditions.
• Lead a cross-functional global brand team and partner with distributors, KOLs and professional bodies.
• Develop business-case analyses, forecasts and performance metrics to guide investments.
