Ipsen, Paris-based, seeks a Manager of the Global Events Excellence Team to lead a five-person group and drive the Global Events Strategy and Execution. The role turns strategic intent into flawless events, aligned with budget and Business Ethics guidance.

You will revisit and upgrade processes, manage cross-functional planning, and oversee logistics, contracts, and external agencies while ensuring ethics & compliance. Travel 20-40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of direct accountability for planning and executing pharmaceutical events, meetings, congresses, and related activities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations such as HIPAA and the Sunshine Act.
• Previous management experience required.
• English fluency is mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of five Global Events Excellence Project Managers and set up a clear roadmap with dashboards.
• Coordinate and validate the Global Congress plan and ensure execution within budget and ethics guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and payments in collaboration with Legal Affairs and Purchasing.
• Oversee logistics, affiliates, and external agencies; drive cross-functional planning across teams.
