Ipsen is seeking a Global Category Leader for Congresses & Events to define and deploy global and regional procurement strategies across congresses, external events, and internal meetings. You will build a scalable supplier ecosystem, drive value, and ensure affiliate adoption while balancing global consistency with local relevance.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Corporate functions, lead major negotiations, and guide governance to support compliant, innovative event delivery

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Procurement, with global category leadership experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries (or brand‑driven environments).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy global and regional category strategy for Congresses & Events services across markets.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for major event engagements, including global frameworks.
• Design governance and performance metrics to ensure value delivery and compliance.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical and Corporate Functions to align event investments.
