Ipsen, a dynamic biopharmaceutical company focused on Oncology, Neurosciences and Rare Diseases, seeks a GPS Transformation Project Manager in Paris. You will lead complex GPS projects, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and serve as back-up to the Head of Strategy & Transformation when needed.

You will design project governance, run workshops, and deliver tools and dashboards to optimize process execution and reporting across GPS and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Project management skills and coordination of complex projects are essential.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Proficient with SharePoint and Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with global leadership teams is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop project plans based on business needs, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate GPS and cross-functional initiatives, acting as main contact for stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and seminars to promote collaboration and drive action items.
• Design dashboards and micro‑solutions to support data‑driven decisions.
• Manage GPS contracts and budgeting in collaboration with Legal and Procurement.
