Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is hiring a Global Director – Environmental Sustainability in Paris, hybrid work model. You will lead the environment strategy, climate action, waste and water stewardship, and biodiversity initiatives, partnering with sites and functions to deliver measurable ES programs.

You will drive external disclosures, risk management, and budget alignment while fostering cross-functional collaboration and talent development across Ipsen's global operations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Environmental Sustainability, EHS; pharma/biotech preferred.
• Deep expertise on Climate, carbon reporting, decarbonization strategies.

Responsabilités

• Creates Ipsen to be an industry leader in Environmental Sustainability (ES).
• Lead global ES strategy development and implementation with sites and functions.
• Oversee ES disclosures, external indices, and CSRD reporting.
• Manage Global EHS information systems and data platforms.
• Ensure ES/ EHS standards alignment with business strategy and budgets.
