Responsabilités

• Support Executive Leadership Team in defining group strategy and monitor Ipsen strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with Finance on Long Range Plan and 10-year strategic roadmap; perform modelling and risk escalation.
• Drive strategic and transformation projects, structure governance, align objectives, manage deadlines, mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic support to Asset Teams and BD Teams on high-stakes initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across the group.
