Ipsen is seeking an executive leader to drive Environmental Sustainability globally. You will define, coordinate and secure resources for the ES strategy, partnering with sites and functions to deliver climate action, waste and water stewardship, biodiversity and resource preservation.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years’ experience in Environmental Sustainability, EH&S; pharma/biotech exposure preferred.
• Deep expertise on climate reporting, decarbonization and resilience strategies.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic development and global implementation of Ipsen's Environmental Sustainability strategy.
• Direct global ES disclosures, external recognition efforts and CSRD reporting.
• Partner with sites and functions to deliver climate action, waste/water stewardship and biodiversity programs.
• Manage ES data systems, policy development, and budget planning for ES initiatives.
