Ipsen Group in Paris (hybrid) seeks a Manager of Global Events Excellence to lead a team responsible for delivering world-class congresses and events. You will drive the annual events plan, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless execution within budget and ethics guidelines.

The role requires at least 5 years of events management experience in pharma/biotech, strong leadership, and fluency in English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience planning and managing pharmaceutical/biotech events.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethics in event management.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 5 Global Events Excellence Project Managers to execute events.
• Develop the annual Global Congress plan and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with asset teams, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and compliance with company policy.
