Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience planning, managing and executing pharmaceutical events
• Experience with regulatory considerations (HIPAA and Sunshine Act)
• English fluency required; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five Global Events Excellence Project Managers and drive the annual congress plan.
• Coordinate execution, manage budgets, contracts, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure ethics, compliance, and vendor management throughout events.
