BuyCo is seeking an Event & Field Marketing Specialist to lead planning and execution of our global event program. You will coordinate trade shows, summits, and customer events across Europe, the Americas and APAC, ensuring qualified meetings for the Sales team and tight collaboration with cross-functional partners.

You will manage end-to-end event logistics, supplier relationships, and data-driven post-event analysis while aligning with our marketing strategy and sales needs.

Competenze

• Experience organizing events (trade shows, conferences, summits or corporate events).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with international suppliers and delivering events abroad.
• Strong planning and budget management with attention to detail.
• Ability to rally teams and manage long to-do lists.

Mansioni

• Organize BuyCo's presence at trade shows and events from A to Z.
• Coordinate international suppliers, organizers, venues, logistics.
• Align content with event agenda when speakers are on stage and manage practical details.
• Build and run BuyCo's global event program across Europe, the Americas and APAC.
• Track event performance and enable sales with data-driven insights.
