Descartes Underwriting seeks a Senior Events Specialist to drive our global events agenda. You will plan, execute, and optimize a portfolio of events worldwide, ensuring top-tier brand presence in key regions and reporting to the Marketing & Communication Project Manager.

You will collaborate with business units, sales hubs, and the CIO Office to maximize ROI, capture leads, and deliver measurable pipeline growth through events across North America, Europe and APAC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years orchestrating corporate B2B events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Fluent English required for daily international operations.
• Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for registration and lead reporting.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute a global events portfolio including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Own global events roadmap, timelines, and budget management.
• Collaborate with Sales and regional hubs to align events with business goals.
• Define and track lead capture, ROI, and pipeline through Salesforce.
