Descartes Underwriting is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to drive its global event strategy. You will plan, execute, and optimize client-facing events worldwide, ensuring top‑tier brand presence and measurable ROI across regions including North America, Europe and APAC.

You will work with the Marketing & Communication Project Manager and collaborate with sales, regional hubs, and executive leaders to turn events into revenue opportunities while coordinating budgets, vendors, and post‑event

Qualifications

6+ years of experience orchestrating corporate B2B events, trade shows, and webinars with strong organisational skills.
Native-level or fluent English required for daily international operations.
Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for registration, lead attribution, and event performance reporting is a plus.

Responsabilités

Plan and execute a wide range of client-facing events: trade shows, conferences, webinars, and broker events.
Own and maintain the global event roadmap with cross-functional timelines and milestones.
Manage budgets, vendor selection, sponsorship negotiations, and ROI tracking.
Coordinate event logistics: venue sourcing, contracts, booth coordination, materials and printing.
Collaborate with Sales and regional hubs to align events with business objectives and pipeline goals.
