Descartes Underwriting is seeking a Senior Events Specialist to drive our global event strategy across regions including North America, Europe, and APAC. You will plan, execute, and optimize client-focused events, ensuring brand visibility and measurable ROI while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and regional hubs.

You will manage the master event roadmap, budgets, and vendor negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring events generate meaningful pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

• Event Management expertise with 6+ years orchestrating corporate B2B events
• Fluent English required (spoken and written) in an international environment
• Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for registration, lead attribution and reporting

Responsabilités

• Strategize and execute global events, including trade shows, conferences and webinars
• Own the global events roadmap, timelines and budgets with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate vendor selection, venue sourcing, materials and printing for high-quality attendee experiences
• Track ROI, leads and pipeline; ensure accurate post-event follow-up in Salesforce
