AMETEK, Inc. through its CAMECA unit in Paris seeks a seasoned Global EHS Manager to define and deploy a comprehensive EHS strategy across sites in the US and EMEA.

You will lead governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. You will partner with operations and leadership to balance business results with safety, oversee audits and certifications, and mentor the France-based Facilities Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of EHS experience in an industrial, multi-site environment.
• Proven experience in a multinational organization with global EHS scope.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy a global EHS strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Establish EHS governance with policies, standards, and procedures across sites.
• Ensure compliance with US/EU EHS regulations and labor laws.
• Lead risk assessments covering safety, environment, and ergonomics.
• Oversee audits, certifications (ISO 14001/45001), and incident investigations.
• Develop and manage a global incident management framework.
• Drive continuous EHS improvements using data and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with facilities on maintenance, safety, and energy initiatives.
