AMETEK’s CAMECA unit in Gennevilliers, France seeks a Director, Global Product Development Programs to lead the full NPD portfolio across SIMS, APT and ECR Sources. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and defined functionalities while reporting progress to Site, BU, and Division leadership.

You will drive program governance, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation, mentoring Program Managers and aligning with corporate strategy in a high-technology environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of experience in complex industrial product development.
• Proven program or portfolio management experience in a high-tech environment.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-site programs.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify useful use cases.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern the full NPD program portfolio across SIMS, APT and ECR Sources.
• Define and enforce standard program management practices, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure alignment of all NPD programs with BU and Division strategy.
• Establish regular program reviews and reporting to management.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, operations, and quality across sites.
