Nebius Group is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to own EHS delivery across sites in France, turning policy into practical controls and leading improvements. You will translate Nebius's global strategy into day-to-day safety programs, working closely with regional teams and regulators to ensure compliant, sustainable operations.

You will influence site culture, mentor teams, and drive risk-based decisions under pressure.

Competenze

• NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate level with 3+ years EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of country legislation and turning it into practical controls.
• Subject-matter expert on the ground with deep technical EHS detail.
• Proven incident response and investigation experience under pressure.
• Track record of building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coaching mindset with ability to develop others.
• Strong prioritisation balancing risk, workload and pace.
• Excellent communication to advise, challenge, and share ideas.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and scaling of EHS functions.
