Five9 is seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to handle desktop issues for their Porto office and remote users across Europe. This role involves responding to Service Desk calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to employees on various IT matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of enterprise-level desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows devices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the escalation point of contact for resolving desktop and laptop-related issues.
• Respond to Service Desk calls and incidents following internal procedures.
• Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
